FAQ

When is Beetlejuice Skate?

Sunday, May 18, 2025 from 6:30-8:30pm. The rink is super strict about the start and end time. If you’re a hardcore skater, come early and get in line to maximize your rink time.

Where is Beetlejuice Skate?

Foothill Skate Inn, 4700 Auburn Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95841

Can I buy tickets the day of the event?

Tickets are only available in advance. They will not be sold at the door. You can buy tickets until May 16. Buy tickets here: showpass.com/beetlejuice-skate/.

Can I wear my own skates?

Your ticket includes free skate rental, but if you have your own skates, you can certainly wear those instead. Light up wheels will look especially cool on the dark dance floor skate floor.

I’ve never skated before, but this event looks fun. Should I still come?

Even if you don’t plan to skate, we highly encourage you to buy a ticket. You can take pics at the photo backdrop, play videogames, hang out with friends, dance on the carpeted area, and wave to your friends as they skate by. And most importantly, you’re supporting a good cause (Pit Crew Sacramento Rescue).

Many attendees won’t be skating, so you’ll be in good company. And if you’re feeling brave, you can rent an assist from the rink for $5.

Can I bring my kids?

This is a party for the grown ups, but if you can’t find a playdate for your kiddos and you really want to come, bring them along (as long as they have a ticket). Just keep in mind that the music, the outfits, and the potty mouths may not be rated PG-13.

That is normally my dinner time. Can I bring my dinner and eat it there?

The rink has very strict rules about no outside food. They do however have a cash-only snack bar where you can buy popcorn, cotton candy, and dill pickles.

Are there gender-neutral restrooms?

Yes! For all #StrangeSkate events, restrooms will be gender-inclusive.
