Stand With Small Businesses

As part of the Etsy #StandWithSmall campaign, I’m providing readers with a list of small vegan businesses you can support, while also filling your need for obtaining vegan goods during a time when going to your favorite grocery stores is potentially dangerous.

Please note that this blog post contains affiliate links, which means that if you order a product using one of my links, I receive a small commission. This commission helps me cover my blogging expenses so I can continue to create content for you. That being said, I would never recommend something I wouldn’t purchase myself.

Vegan Cheese

When I first went vegan 20 years ago, there weren’t any decent vegan cheeses, so I just omitted cheese from all my meals. Now, I can’t imagine going a week without vegan cheese. And we shouldn’t have to. Here are some options for buying small-batch vegan cheese online.

  1. vegan cheese

  2. kit to make your own vegan cheese

  3. vegan cheese sauce kit

Vegan Staples

If you went to whole foods in search of specialty vegan items, you might have experienced what I did, which was an entirely bare section. It’s a sad thing to see. Maybe not as sad as the potential for running out of tp, but still disappointing. Here are some plant-based options for those of you who aren’t vegan martha stewarts and don’t make your own at home.

  1. vegan mayo: These are delish, don’t get me wrong, but I HATE the packaging! I knew there was still mayo lurking in there and I hate being a waster. I tried everything to get that damned cap off. I even used tools! It wouldn’t budge. So, I ended up throwing away precious vegan mayo that was stuck to the sides and bottom and too stubborn to squeeze itself out the hole. End rant.

  2. tofu

  3. vegan kimchi

  4. nooch

Vegan Sweets and Snacks

You could bake your own goodies since you’re trapped in the house anyway, but to be honest, finding flour anywhere is proving to be very difficult. So, why not let someone else do your baking for you?

  1. vegan cinnamon rolls

  2. vegan jerky

  3. vegan banana muffins

  4. vegan chocolate chip cookies
