Happy Healthy Vegan Friday! I hope you like the holiday-themed HVF logo that my co-host Kimmy coerced me into making. She’s realllly into holidays. I’m pretty much only into Halloween, and not much into Christmas, which is why I have managed to somehow bring Halloween into Christmas this week. First, I will be attending a goth tea party on Saturday, for which I made some adorable kalamata olive krackers that I hope to share with you soon. Then on Monday, Kimmy and I are having a Nightmare before Christmas party to make up for the fact that we didn’t have a Halloween party.

Hemp seeds are so nice and creamy, aren’t they? I like to make ranch dressing with them, but usually, I just sprinkle them on my salads as is.
