Cupcakes

Cupcakes were my first love as an early blogger back in 2010. I had a vegan cupcake blog (ieatcupcakes.com) and all I ever baked were cupcakes. What could be better than cake a miniature format?

These vegan cupcake recipes are a few of the survivors from my first blog (like tiramisu cupcakes and chocolate salted caramel cupcakes), along with some new additions like eggnog cupcakes and Brooklyn blackout cupcakes.
